Sendivo ("we", "our", "us") operates the Sendivo mobile application and website (sendivo.app). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, country, and password (hashed).
Location data: GPS coordinates when you use location features, such as finding requests near you or filling in an address, while the app is open and you have allowed it. Couriers only: while you carry a parcel (from pickup until delivery), and only if you choose "Always Allow", the app also shares your approximate location in the background so the sender can follow the delivery. This stops as soon as the parcel is delivered. We never track senders or couriers without an active delivery.
Delivery data: pickup/dropoff addresses, item descriptions, photos, chat messages, ratings, and payment information (handled by Stripe, see below).
Safety data: reports you file about other users and the users you block.
Diagnostics: crash reports and app performance data (device model, OS and app version, the screen where an error happened). These do not include your messages or photos.
Device information: push notification tokens, device type, and app version.
We share limited data with:
Other users see only what a delivery needs: your first name, rating and reviews; the other party of a delivery also sees its addresses, photos and your messages once an offer is accepted.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Delivery records are kept for legal and dispute resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Delivery history is retained in anonymized form for legal compliance.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure token storage. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Sendivo is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
